Recorded / Tracked Delivery (Recommended)
• If you require recorded/tracked delivery then please select this option. There is a standard fixed charge of £1.99 which you can add to your basket and which you can pay for in the same way you would pay for your other selected products.
• By selecting this service, you'll be able to track the progress of your customers delivery once it enters the Parcel Force & Royal Mail system.
• You can also view your customers signature (online) once they have signed for their parcel as proof of delivery!
• We will issue you a tracking number via email once it has been made available to us from Parcel Force. You can then log onto http://www.parcelforce.com or www.royalmail.com and enter the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please Note:
a - This option is available for both Parcel Force/Business Post and Royal Mail post deliveries.
b - Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from compensation.
• Watches
• Ceramics such as ornamental and decorative china, resin and porcelain**
• Glassware**
